About Us
Snappy Snacks Catering was established in 1987, starting out of a refurbished bus servicing
local sporting events. Throughout the 1990’s the business expanded to be one of the major
food van operators in Victoria, being a regular site holder at major events such as the
Australian Grand Prix, The Royal Melbourne Show, GMHBA Stadium (Geelong), Calder Park
Raceway, Ladbrokes Park, MotoGP and the Caravan & Camping Show to name a few.

In its now fourth decade of operation, Snappy Snacks Catering is widely known as a stalwart of the industry, with a proven track record of quality, timeliness and impeccable customer service. With enormous respect from Victoria’s leading Catering Contractors, Snappy Snacks is often called upon to deliver where others cannot.
Management TEam
The business is owned and operated by Jason Taylor and Darren Rowe of the JCT & DSR Family Trust Partnership and has been under the operation and management of Jason Taylor for the past 11 years. Further to his management of Snappy Snacks, Jason has almost 20 years experience in event catering. With a proven track record in product & service delivery, Snappy Snacks is well known for being the best in the business.

Menu’s can be adapted to suit location, weather, crowd demographics and budgets. Our fleet includes a variety of cooking functions including grilling, frying, cold preparation, stovetop, and ovens. Along with our food van fleet we also offer top of the line coffee vans that can service thousands of event attendees in a single day. We are well versed in working from on-site kitchens/canteens and catering to both general public and corporate needs. The time of day does not matter, we can provide Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner solutions.
